I knocked 5 secs off of my 5k time. I got a 19:40 at the race for fallen officers.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to get ready for a second marathon. I ran the top of utah in 3:42. That was good for me without training but I can do better. I want to be under 3 hours.
I lifted today for a little over an hour. I then went on a run from BYU up to the firehouse on bulldog and down the provo river trail to geneva. I think that was about 6 miles. I didnt run very hard because of my knee and because I was sore from doing sprints last night.
