I knocked 5 secs off of my 5k time. I got a 19:40 at the race for fallen officers.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to get ready for a second marathon.  I ran the top of utah in 3:42.  That was good for me without training but I can do better.  I want to be under 3 hours.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be a sub 3:00 marathon runner.

Did sprints this morning with ROTC.  I went on a 3 miler later that day.  I am trying to get my miles up.
