I knocked 5 secs off of my 5k time. I got a 19:40 at the race for fallen officers.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to get ready for a second marathon. I ran the top of utah in 3:42. That was good for me without training but I can do better. I want to be under 3 hours.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to be a sub 3:00 marathon runner.

Did three on a track with 5 fingered slip ons. felt good kept about 8:30 pace. Having a little pain in my left foot. Good diet today. I am watching and choosing what i am eating a little better.

Yeah, don't eat fat stuff! Haha, it is good to see you back on here...not that I have been much better the last few months. My leg is feeling much better and hopefully soon I'll be back to where I was in Nov-Jan (really Sept-Jan).
